Two Paramedics from American Ambulance Service in Cullman were killed en route to a call Thursday when their ambulance collided with a southbound train just south of Falkville.

Tommy Allen Allred, 26, and Chastity Miller, 29, died within minutes of each other, following the 10:30 a.m. crash at a railroad crossing on Piney Grove Road.

According to reports, Allred and Miller were the only occupants of the ambulance.

Both Allred and Miller leave behind children.

New Hope Funeral Home and Moss Funeral Service will announce the arrangements for Miller and Allred, respectively. I'll try to find out and post them.

God bless their souls and comfort their families.
